→ The Story

This paste began as a kitchen staple at our own table — inspired by the fiery chilli condiments found across Northeast India. What started as a homemade batch for friends slowly became one of our most requested jars. The chillies are sourced directly from Khrieliezo Dawhuo's terraced farms outside Kohima, then carefully blended in small batches to preserve both flavour and heat. Smoky, savoury and intensely warming, it is a condiment meant to be used carefully and remembered immediately.
