- What is the minimum order quantity for bulk purchases?
- MOQs vary by product. Spice powders and Lakadong typically start at 25 kg per SKU; tea starts at 50 kg; rice and ginger start at 100 kg. We can quote smaller pilot orders for new partners — write to us via the /b2b form.
- Do you provide FSSAI and export documentation?
- Yes. Every export consignment ships with FSSAI compliance, Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary documentation (where applicable), and GI authorised-user proof for the five GI-tagged SKUs. Sample COAs available on request.
- Do you offer private-label or white-label packaging?
- Yes — private-label packaging is available above MOQ thresholds (typically 200 kg / 500 units depending on format). We supply blank, semi-branded or fully custom packaging through our Jorhat processing line.
- What are your typical lead times for export orders?
- 7–10 days for domestic dispatch from confirmed PO; 14–28 days for export consignments depending on destination, documentation and current harvest cycle for the SKU. First-flush tea and fresh-harvest GIs are seasonally constrained.
- Which countries do you currently export to?
- Active B2B and HoReCa partners in 12 countries across the EU, UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Japan. We can quote new geographies on request, subject to import-licence compatibility.
